Sadly I have to agree with my namesake. The Lib-Dems have proved to be as much strangers to the truth as any previous party and why I, as a 77 year old who worked all his life, firstly for a major British manufacturing company and then, apart from two years in HM forces for
a large County Council Social Services Dept., should be expected to vote for a party in Government who wish to spend my TAXED pension on weapons rather than welfare, shows just how little has changed since my mother had to take in sewing from neighbours to help pay for my university education! As for Mr Farage he really should get out and about more, particularly to the ex colonies and Dominions who, if we leave the EU, will be eager to bleed us whiter than we are already!
