As it is illegal and immoral to shout "Fire" in a crowded theatre, causing fear and panic. It is also immoral to incite people to kill in the name of God. I do agree that they should be monitored and arrested by they present themselves as a "Clear and Present Danger", you and I fully understand the meaning of that term, and have acted on it for our governments. At the same time, the rantingss of a madman who is without followers does not rise to the same level of concern, but, when these rantings are used to inspire others they must be curtailed by society. Everyone is on the Social Media of today, especially those who scream and shout for the demise of others. Monitoring of this information will identify the extremist within our societies.
