I read an article dated 4-21-10 on a Forbs website and I was so excited when I read about the Paycheck Fairness Act. I thought FINALLY, they're finally doing something so simply about something to big. But of course now I read that it was defeated and it just reminds me once again that we are peasants living in a white man's world. But I still hold out hope that we will eventually have enough women, minorities and gay's in positions of political power that will one day make the difference.
