		<description>Julie of the Wolves is such an excellent book.  I wonder how much of the teacher&#039;s decision was based on not forcing some poor 10-year-old kid to read a rape scene aloud in class?  I definitely agree with the sentiment, though.  The responsible thing might have been for her to read the chapter herself.  Wonder if she&#039;d been pressured any re: parental disapproval by the higher-ups...</description>
