		<description>I enjoyed this interesting and informative piece about women&#039;s rights. I did not realize there were women&#039;s groups opposed to this effort, but I can understand their apprehension facing life outside their homes. This would certainly be a different culture for them. I admire these brave, courageous women who stuck to their convictions for women to vote, work,and be independent. A well known expression that comes to mind is: &quot;You&#039;ve come a long way, baby!&quot;</description>
