We have the wisdom of our years of experience with something called LIFE. As a result, we tend not to rush through life like a ball bearing in a pin ball machine [sorry, youngsters, about referring to an old-fashioned amusement that you are unfamiliar with], bouncing wildly from one thing to the next. Instead, as numerous studies have found, we tend to make better choices than younger people. Just having a world of information at your fingertips means nothing. It's how you put that information to use that counts. The author fails to note one very important fact about us “old people.” We have the wisdom of our years of experience with something called LIFE.
