Sparkly things in space or cloudmaking won't fix the long-latency absorption of CO2 by the ocean, creating carbonic acid. We have already changed the climate. See Kenya's three-year drought, the changing monsoons, the shifting rainfall patterns. Geoengineering would just change it a different way, and our record so far on world-changing hasn't been good.
