But how does Africa find a solution if their economy is being bankrupted by Agricultural dumping by nations who desire their resources?

African resources are up around 20 billion-billion US dollars - sufficient to build a technologically advanced first world Superpower for every African.

We can suspend the sovereignty of all the African Nation States - and declare them a single Commonwealth. That forces them to defend them selves from the economic dumpers and pushes Africa into feeding itself, and exploiting their own resources for their own growth.

If we equate a seat on the UN Security Council with a billion Citizens - that limits the Seats to China, India, and Africa and Any group of smaller nations prepared to form a single billion populace state.

If we condone human rights we must only condone a process of government where every act of Government, Law, Constitution, and Sovereign requires the direct and regular approval of every citizen.

You said "Of course they are not of our own making", I beg to differ
It is a delayed reaction of the cold war damage and the constant interference.
Good book to read
Arms for the Horn By Jeffrey Alan Lefebvre
