While these disparate groups may not have direct connections to one another or answer to a single head – or two or three, the author fails to purport that maybe, just maybe, it is a radical religious cabal that is bent on world domination. Economic deprivation comes into play only as a cynical tool of the Islamists - who have access to large sums of money with which they attract the unemployed and dispossessed young Muslim (primarily) men. As we know Bush met with members of Bin Laden family some days befor 9/11 and they talked to each other. And this is the only way to solve problems: Talk to each other. Other cultures ought to have their space and room on this earth, where people can freely live their lifes the way they want to, as long as they don't constrict the rights of other people.
