		<description>I doubt that the derived sense &#039;slave&#039; of &lt;i&gt;wealh&lt;/i&gt; is relevant to &lt;i&gt;Wealhtheow&lt;/i&gt;; surely the primary senses &#039;Roman, Celt&#039; are more likely to be meaningful here.  Of course, names aren&#039;t always literally applicable to their bearers, either: &quot;Just because a person is named &#039;Don&#039; doesn&#039;t mean he is the ruler of the world&quot; (RFC 1178 by Don Libes).</description>
