		<description>When one examines the Hirabayshi case, one looks only at the tip of the iceberg.  Of course this makes it easy for &quot;researchers&quot; to draw erroneous conclusions.

A deeper look into the the World War II civilian arrest and internment program of aliens and citizens, alike, would reveal that those affected were of the ethnicity of the enemy...and that racism was not the basis, as so often concluded and/or stated.</description>
