		<description>From my experience and I deal with credit cards every day, Credit Card limits are set according to the applicants rating. If you have a poor credit rating you will get a smaller limit on a higher APR. Whereas if you have a good rating you will have a much bigger limit on up to half the APR. This is the only way that it can be done surely? It takes into account how people have dealt with credit in the past.</description>
