I am Bipolar 2 myself, and the diagnosis is rather new (2 months) What strikes me is how important the work of other bipolar victims are.. I wasn´t my doctor who uncovered the diagnosis, but a famous speech made by Kay Redfield Jamison. It really opened my eyes and made me see myself for what i really am. Henrik Thanks for sharing this.
